Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use (hereinafter "ToU") govern access to and use of the ReviewPilot service, an AI-powered automated Google review management platform, published by IRON IT, EURL, SIREN 878 214 329, RCS Paris (hereinafter "the Publisher").

Use of the service implies full and complete acceptance of these ToU.

2. Service description

ReviewPilot enables professionals to:

• Synchronize their Google Business Profile reviews
• Generate personalized responses using artificial intelligence
• Publish these responses directly on Google
• Analyze their online reputation health
• Configure automatic publishing rules

3. Registration and account

Access to the service requires authentication via Google OAuth 2.0. The user guarantees the accuracy of the information provided and is responsible for the security of their account.

A free 14-day trial is offered with no commitment. Beyond this period, access to paid features requires an active subscription.

4. Pricing and payment

Current pricing is displayed on the website. Payments are securely processed by a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. Subscriptions are monthly and automatically renewed.

5. Intellectual property

All elements constituting the ReviewPilot service — including but not limited to the source code, algorithms, artificial intelligence models and their configuration, databases, user interface, texts, graphics, and logos — are the exclusive property of IRON IT and are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code (articles L.111-1 et seq., L.335-2 et seq.) and applicable international conventions.

The following are expressly prohibited:

• Reproduction, copying, or extraction, in whole or in part, of the source code or algorithms
• Reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of the software
• Scraping, automated extraction, or systematic collection of data from the service
• Creation of derivative, competing, or similar services from elements of the service
• Resale, sublicensing, or making the service available to unauthorized third parties

Any violation of IRON IT's intellectual property rights constitutes a criminal offense of counterfeiting punishable by 3 years of imprisonment and a fine of 300,000 euros (article L.335-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code), without prejudice to damages that may be claimed.

6. Data protection

IRON IT is committed to protecting its users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

• Collected data is processed solely for the purpose of providing the service
• Google authentication tokens are encrypted at rest
• No data is resold to third parties
• Data can be deleted upon simple request to contact@reviewpilot.fr

7. User responsibilities

The user agrees to:

• Use the service in accordance with these ToU and applicable law
• Not attempt to compromise the security or operation of the service
• Verify AI-generated responses before publishing to Google
• Comply with Google Business Profile terms of service

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". IRON IT strives to ensure the availability and reliability of the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. AI-generated responses are suggestions — the user remains solely responsible for content published on Google.

IRON IT shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or data loss resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

The user may cancel their subscription at any time. IRON IT reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access in case of violation of these ToU, without notice or compensation.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These ToU are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.

11. Amendments

IRON IT reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial modification by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
